To select while the movie is playing:

1. Display the first frame of the part 
    you want to select.

2. Press and hold down the Shift key.

3. Click the Play button.

4. When you reach the end of the 
    desired segment, release the 
    Shift key.

    The movie stops playing. The 
    segment you played is selected.
